Nine children have been killed following a rocket attack by (US-funded) Islamic State terrorists on a girls' school in Deir Ezzor, a region in the east of Syria. A further 15 children were injured.  The Bloodbath Formula on the chart for this event: 1. Pallas conjunct Pluto, mitigated by Mercury. 2. Neptune and the South Node in the Second House. 3. Venus ruled by Pluto. 4. Moon trine Pluto. 5.
